The 85-and-older population is expected to more than triple between 2008 and 2050 in the United States.  People are living longer, and the reality of caring for an elderly relative at home is relevant to many families today.  Saili will draw upon her experience in the Senior Industry to explain the options for home care, what it is and what it isn’t, and who can benefit from it.  She will candidly lay out the costs of home care in the Bay Area, explain the financial implications of all the recent labor law changes and licensing of the industry, and what families need to do to protect themselves.
